• You will be developing, testing, and implementing data science solutions based on the approved architectural design. • You will be working with the entire Microsoft data toolset, i.e. Azure Databricks and ML Ops. • You will be preparing detailed, accurate documentation which provides a description of the functions and operation of the solution that team members can refer to if they need to modify or upgrade the solution over the course of its life cycle. • Work effectively, independently, accurately and within given agreed timelines taking responsibility. • Work as part of a team adhering to standards set by the project team and / or client. • Experience working in a consulting environment with proven adaptability across multiple client environments. • You will be comfortable having direct interaction with clients including training and user acceptance, if required. • As a senior team member, you will be expected to assist junior members on the same project team, providing technical guidance where necessary.
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, data science and machine learning. • 5+ years’ experience using Python. The Business Applications Manager is responsible to manage and support Finance and business applications throughout their lifecycle including the implementation, remediation patches, upgrades, integration, and maintenance thereof.
• You will be responsible to manage the application-related aspects of designing, operating, and improving finance and business applications and services to the business. • Develop and maintain proficiency in finance and business applications functionality and related business processes. • Coordinate and ensure proper end to end testing and UAT processes of all upgrades, developments or implemented solutions. • Vendor and third-party management to ensure delivery of outputs and services according to approved project outputs and approved budgets. • Provide support and training to end users. • Manage and optimise applications to continuously meet business objectives. • Ensure effective change and release management compliance. • Improve business efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness by researching, proposing, and delivering where possible in terms of applications used. • Application Lifecycle Management in a cloud environment. • Conducting business and process analysis and from this producing relevant project documentation (e.g., Business and/or Functional Requirements documents, etc.) • Exposure to Stakeholder engagement and management through project roll-out, Early live support and daily operation. • Change and Release Management methodologies. • Proven experience in professional consulting on all related domain level knowledge topics (e.g., financial processes and procedures) • Key accounts management of stakeholders and vendors

The purpose of this position is to manage the planning, execution and reporting of all quality assurance provided on information technology (IT) products and services to be transitioned into the production environment for business use. This includes managing the approach, tools, techniques, resourcing, and pass criteria applied to ensure IT products and services to businesses meet all quality expectations. This position reports to a Senior Manager: Applications Development and Maintenance and is responsible for leading and managing test analysts.
▪ Contribute to providing quality assurance of all IT products and services introduced into the operating environment. ▪ Contributes to the development and implementation of the BU balance scorecard (BSC) ▪ Ensure an appropriate quality assurance strategy is applied to meet the requirements of the specific IT services or product ▪ Establish, build and maintain collaborative working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders. ▪ Support the implementation of the activities outlined in the BU People Plan, transformation/ culture plans. ▪ Manage team performance to drive productivity. ▪ Motivate, coach and mentor staff to ensure maximum productivity and development of the staff to their full potential. ▪ Participate in initiatives to attract talent.

The purpose of this role is to execute and report on all quality assurance provided on information technology (IT) products and services to be transitioned into the production environment for business use. The testing analyst is required to apply the necessary tools and techniques to ensure product and service quality standards in line with the testing methodology. This position reports to a Testing Manager.
